Welcome to Fright Club. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who can use this store
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We do our best to show products, colors, and sizes accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can affect delivery. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. Please order early for Halloween.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product safety
Costumes, masks, and accessories are for dress-up and decorative use only. They are not protective equipment and are not toys unless stated. Keep small parts, batteries, and packaging away from young children, follow any warnings on the product, keep costumes away from open flames, and supervise children while they use our products. Make sure masks do not block vision or breathing.
7. Accounts and promotions
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Discount codes are limited to one per order, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The welcome discount is valid on a customer's first order only.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, including the Fright Club name, text, graphics, and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
Our site may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our site and products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fright Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fright Club harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of our products or site.
